Mahara Amsterdam
Mahara Amsterdam is a hidden oasis in the heart of the city. Located at the bustling De Clercqstraat 123HS in Amsterdam West, this urban living room transports you to a temple in Southeast Asia or India as soon as the door closes behind you. With soothing meditation music, candles, and cozy cushions blankets everywhere, you'll feel a sense of tranquility and peace. Come visit us and enjoy a cup of delicious cacao in our cozy living room or on our beautiful terrace, surrounded by the sound of bird chirps and the rustling of the leaves in the wind.
The Garden & Yurt
Our secret garden is perfect for sunny days (and romantic when rainy, we have a deck).
You can relax and meditate here, or meet with your friends and watch the birds and bees buzzing busy at work. If you're feeling energized, grab a toy and play with Alloy - you'll most likely find her running around the garden on a good day.

The Café & Living Room
Our café and living room is where our community comes together to enjoy cacao, tea and delicious homemade healthy treats. Come by to hang out with us, or stock up on cacao and your other favorite holistic products.
If you need space for workshops, home concerts or private parties, our living room is available for rent after opening hours. To learn more, click here.
The Pearl
This is where Michelle performs her hair magic. Come relax here as you get a fresh haircut, sip some nourishing cacao and watch the birds (and Alloy, the queen and guardian of Mahara) in our garden. If you're a hairstylist, wellness practitioner or healer yourself, and in need of a treatment space, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, we also rent out our lovely Pearl.

Mahara Zutphen
Michelle's next adventure brought her back to her roots in the East of Holland, where she embraced her inner calling. In 2021, she opened a new urban sanctuary in Zutphen, a place that radiates warmth and positive energy. Our atmosphere here is not only inviting, but also a true reflection of the vibrant spirit of the community. It's a space where everyone can come together to relax and feel at home.
The Wellness Grotto
Our Wellness Grotto - the Womb of the Whale - is the most recent development in Zutphen and finally came into fruition end of 2025. Here, we host medicine circles, ceremonies, movement classes, and much more - if you'd like to host any kind of group gathering that is in need of a grounding, relaxing, soothing environment, please reach out to us to book the Womb of the Whale.
